1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will take 7 to 10 business days to reach the shipping address you provided to us (20 - 30 for international items). After the order is processed and shipped you will receive tracking details by email.

2. What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, you can contact us at support@givenwords.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. We incur a $7 handling and shipping fee.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. Yet, be aware that sometimes orders get sent out before the cancellation can be processed.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order, if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted, then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

If for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
